The Head of Technology · AI reports to the CTO Peter Hastings and into the office of the Chairman Joseph Nalkara on AI strategy. The role does not displace the CRO or the existing sales leadership. It owns the AI mandate end to end while respecting the commercial spine that already exists.

AI CoE Practice Lead

Runs the AI delivery bench, certification programme, and offshore capacity for AI engagements out of Kochi.

Note: VP AI Sales sits inside the existing sales organisation under the CRO, with a dotted line to the Head of AI for technical qualification and analyst orchestration. This preserves the existing commercial leadership and avoids creating a parallel sales silo.
